All project activity is tracked utilizing a proprietary database, which combined with our proprietary reporting tool,  enables us to not only manage our high volume of work, but as well allows each member of the management team to self-audit our operations monthly to ensure the highest level of service to our clients.  The management team also meets regularly to focus our continuous improvement initiatives founded in the analysis of our metrics.
