H&B supports the development of our industry. We will hire students whom are enrolled in a post-secondary interior design program with either 4 or 8 month internships, to learn and experience our industry. These students are often offered full time positions upon graduation. We also hire recent graduates, offering full time employment, which we train to specify systems furniture using AutoCAD and Project Matrix software.

Just as we strive to provide the highest level of service to our clients, we offer a competitive package to our team members to reward those who outperform. Based on performance in addition to a base salary, personal success is compensated via our profit sharing plan we call “Team Success”. Financial reviews occur once a year companywide, with adjustments made based on position, performance, and the economy.

In addition to group insurance, there are many fringe benefits such as summer hours (Friday afternoons off paid), paid sick days to protect your income in the case you are not able to work. Details of all the programs are reviewed during a job offer meeting, so that you are able to make an informed decision in joining our H&B family. If you like being active, our social committee plans regular events such as summer BBQ lunches, holiday themed contests, annual staff golf tournament and Christmas Party, as well as fund raising to support various charities we support.
