In October 2019, this not-for-profit’s head office moved into a new space and awarded the 2 floor furniture fit up to Holmes + Brakel Ottawa. Workstations at this location were designed to be transient and offer designated whisper and silent workspaces while locker areas with digital access provide personal storage to employees and visitors. Integrating technology can be seen in the application of digital walls in the booth seating and the Teknion TekPier meeting rooms. The term “resi-mercial” was used to depict the meshing of a residential feel in the workspace with commercial grade products.
