The Co-operators

H+B, alongside Teknion, has had a long standing partnership with The Co-operators for rolling out it’s refresh of corporate locations. The Co-operators undertook an extended review of their design options for a new Regina Headquarters. The Co-operators concluded their review and decided to locate in the downtown core at 1900 Albert St. – now named The Co-operators Place. The facility includes wellness-based features that support healthy living and reflect The Co-operators strong commitment to sustainability and employee well-being. All workstations reflect their new office standards, designed with HOK, which aim to enhance collaboration and provide a modern environment to meet the current and future needs for the workspace. The floorplates are composed of panel wrapped stations with height adjustable tables, private offices, formal meeting and training rooms, and informal meeting spaces scattered throughout the floor. This all combines to give employees maximum flexibility of how and where they work within the day.
